General Description:  The Flex Use District primarily consists of industrially-zoned properties to the east of Interstate 95 and north of the Linton Retail Business District. It is accessible from I-95 via the Linton Avenue interchange, and the area is primarily limited to industrial uses (manufacturing, fabrication, assembly, and warehousing), and office uses with limited retail opportunities.
